Main Logistics Center
It was constructed in 2005 and located in Pa-Ju City, Gyunggi-do, Korea. There are 3 floors in the main logistic center with 12,000 sqm in total. The 1st floor is used to collect the spare parts from suppliers and pack them to load into processing containers. We handle 12 containers at the same time and when every spare part is inhoused, packed and loaded, all the process is being operated by using PDA scanners. It enables us to work much more effciently and promptly and to prevent possible quantity discrepancies which can be generated by hand work. The 2nd floor is our office station where the logistic staffs and purchasing staffs are working. Close access between logistic dept. and purchasing dept. can make synergy through in-time communication and enables us to provide our customers with flexible and versatile service. The 3rd floor is used to keep the stocks (over $XX mil.) which is mainly consisted of private brands. We are keeping huge stocks in order to grant price competitiveness to private brand products through economies of scale and secure the availability within our lead time in average. It enables us to provide high-leveled service that are short lead time and high supply rate.
Sub Logistics Center
Parts-Mall Corp. is additionally running several sub logistic centers in order to enhance the access from main logistic center to the port and to secure enough working space for logistic activities.
